OQL was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 26, 2007 with the primary purpose of engaging to operate, conduct and maintain business of outsourcing and corporate consultancy services. OQL was also registered with Bureau of Internal Revenue on July 4, 2007.

OQL is composed and managed by competent certified public accountants (CPAs) and CPA-lawyers who have gained their industry expertise and experiences from different accounting and auditing firms in the country. Prior to forming the company, we were exposed to handling various engagements with local and multinational clients from wide-range of industries in the field of auditing, management services, legal and tax advisory.

In forming the company, OQL, we carry with us the competence and professional attitude of bringing to our potential clients the good quality of service at a minimum costs.
